Refund & Exchange Policy

At PromtifyBase, we strive to provide high-quality ChatGPT prompts and ensure a smooth purchasing experience. While we stand by the quality of our products, we understand that certain situations may warrant a refund. Below are the conditions under which refunds are granted, as well as cases where refunds are not applicable.

Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • File Issues: If the ChatGPT prompt you purchased is corrupted, defective, or otherwise unusable after download.
  • Unused Purchase: If you have not accessed or downloaded the prompt and submit your refund request within 14 days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will generally not be issued in the following cases:

  • Change of Preference: If you decide you no longer want the product or are unsatisfied with it, refunds are typically not provided. However, we may consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
  • Downloaded or Accessed Content: If you have already downloaded or accessed the prompt and it functions as intended, a refund will not be granted.
  • Late Requests: Refund requests submitted after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible.

How to Request a Refund

  • Order Number: Your unique order number to help us locate your purchase quickly.
  • Reason for Refund: A brief explanation of the issue, such as why the file is not working or why you are requesting a refund.
  • Supporting Evidence: If applicable, provide screenshots or detailed descriptions that demonstrate the problem (e.g., a corrupted file or an inability to access the prompt).

Refund Process

Once we receive your request, our team will review the details and respond within 3-5 business days. If your refund is approved, we will process it using the original payment method. Please note that refund processing times vary based on your bank or payment provider and may take a few additional business days to reflect in your account.

Alternative Solutions & Special Cases

If a refund is not possible but you remain unsatisfied with your purchase, we may offer alternative resolutions, including:

  • An exchange for another prompt of equal value.
  • Store credit for use toward future purchases.
